It doesn't really matter! As far as I know, no esterfied injectable has an immediate bio-availability. Best time really is when you are the most relaxed, which for me is right out of the shower.

i inject before i workout and i try to hit the muscle im working out that day. it helps for the soreness of the injection but im not sure if that is true.....just what i was taught along time ago.
I always do it in the morrning...why...dunno cause I want to ....lol
What time of day you inject does not matter...
But mammoth is right, sticking a relaxed muscle is best, less soreness the next day. Injections just after a hot shower are the perfect time.
I usually take mine in the morning. I'm all excited that it's "shot day" and after a nice shower am ready to poke
i sleep better when i shoot at night, after a hot showere!
