2.5 CCs in quad NOT a good idea

Yesterday for the first time I put 2.5 cc's into my right quad and I spent the day today feeling the soreness. 1.5 didn't do any damage, but 2.5 is killing me. I just wanted to give everyone a heads up since I know we got lots of spot injecters here.

I let the needle sit, went super slow, heated the juice, and massaged the spot. I took all the necessary precautions and all, and this fina isn't especially rough, so the pain was probably just caused from the fact that 2.5 ccs in the quad is just too much.

Same here. I can easily do 2.5cc. Never really any pain issue unless I inject fast...Take your time, inject very slow.

It all depends on your body type and how much you can take... but yeah I've taken 2.5 ccs no prob so maybe you're goin too fast. Or maybe you work better with less at a time.
