    Winny tabs???

    I have found some information on this site stating that you should let the tab disolve under your toungue is this how they are taken or can you swallow the tabs and get the same effect???

    which winny tabs are u talking about? If it's ** tabs then u should chew em up and swallow w/ a glass of water or juice or whatever.
    If it's something like Zambon or Pegusus then just swallow em.

    I chew'em but it probably doesn't matter. Their is no specific study on whether it's neccessary to do that because..well..it's just not feasible.

    I have always chewed them up and let them dissolve in my mouth. You may as well just do that if you are not sure and then have a glass of water after a few minutes.

    ** chinese ones need to be chewed. It's because of the way they are packed. All other tabs can be swallowed.
