    HGH spot injection

    will a spot injection in the muscles that are lacking help. Or should I keep them under the skin. I have heard of both but wondered if there is any benifit to intermuscular injection?

    The idea of spot injecting is with a fast ester AAS, like MM say do sub-q

    You can spot inject GH for fat reduction, which is why hitting the stomache Sub-Q is a good idea.

    All very good points..Alternate the injections around the stomach. You have quite a large area. Angle the needle, its suppose to go just under the epidermal(skin)
