Will this aid me in stripping in anyway?
Hello, before you comment please note that I know that I am too young to use steroids but I have a holiday in October that I want to be ripped for, my diet is now in place with the help of Baseline, and my training routine is intense as well as intense cardio.
I was wondering if Clen or winny / var would help shred them last pounds lets say 1 month before my holiday? as if I was prepping for a comp??
I will put in 1000% effot in my diet and workout but lets say 1 month before my holiday I want to literally see my abs or get the beach body look a bit closer would it help me?
I am trying to get from 19% to 12/13% in 72 days
my stats
Age : 21
Height 5.7'7
Weight 13.12
Bf% 19%
also take in mind that my body fat would of hopefully droped from 19% to round 16/17% and if possible I would like to be 12% /13%

Hey is that personal? and I did also state winny/var ...not just clen .. apperntly winny and var are much better

Thanks for your advice, if you had read my thread you would of noticed I had stated my diet is perfect thanks to the help of baseline, and so is my workout routine.
But thank you for stating that the products would not work at 15%, I guess I am just going to have to give it my all and hope I can get down to 12/13% by october

I think 72 days is enough time to cut a good amount of fat. It is just over 10 weeks. The first thing I would do is set up a diet plan. Since you are limited on time, I would suggest a caloric deficit of 500-1000 calories. Remember though that the greater the deficit, the more muscle you will lose while cutting. Ways to help you retain muscle mass while cutting include getting plenty of protein in your diet, perhaps supplementing with BCAAs (I like scivation xtend) as well. Keep lifting hard and heavy while you are cutting. If you decide to suddenly start lifting lighter for higher reps, you could experience greater strength losses.
I prefer doing either low intensity steady state cardio, or high intensity interval training, as those two methods are shown to be the least catabolic. If you lose 1.5-2 pounds a week for the next 10 weeks, you will be down 15-20 pounds in time for your holiday. If you were a bit older, I would suggest that you use ephedrine/caffeine to help you suppress your appetite and speed up metabolism.

I did read your thread, theres no need to be a smart ass. My point is you don't need steroids , just diet. So continue with your perfect diet until you cut down.

really? not to be a dick, but no such thing as a perfect diet. we get members in here all the time saying they have a perfect diet, and then act surprised that their yogurt, protein bars, and whole wheat cheerios has been holding them back in dropping body fat.
so instead of developing the mental discipline necessary to change their diet, they look for something easy, like winnie or var or clen .
not saying this is your case, but you really should realize we get this "I'm on a perfect diet" all the time here, when in fact, it aint so.

Listen to these vets they know. They have made mistakes before and they dont want you to go through them aswell. If they didnt care they wouldnt reply back.

Ill be the odd man out. I'm a fan of clen .
HOWEVER, unless you're at that 12-13% body fat mark you won't see anything out of it anyway. So... Kind of pointless where you are at

What you need to do is stop asking questions and start focusing on the things that will actually make a difference... Like being accurate with your food intake and cardio expenditure....
