Gonna be running deca at 500 mg a wk and test e at 600 for 10 weeks. I was told to run letro at .5 ed is this true? What should I do for ai through cycle and pct

280 at 22% bf those are some crazy stats why you want to bulk up u can cut down 50 lbs and ll be on mr o stage i want to see pics of those stats

u knw you need to get down to 15 % bf before starting cycle so that u dn get that sides from high estrogen .that gives me an idea your diet is not in check . how long are you running your cycle ? whats the pct

Well that's my thing. I am trying to figure out what are good ais to run for estrogen. And pct was thinking clomid and nolv

If you have done 2 cycles then why did you come for advice? You dont even know the proper pct or ai? Lower your bf to 15 and turn 25 years old before you mess up your body.

True. Plus HCG would be recommended with deca or any other 19-nor. There's plenty of stickies on the board. Hit that nutrition section and read stickies. Then later come in life and research AAS

i highly doubt your both cycles were orals and if its your thing there are alot of stickies and posts here figure that out yourself good luck
