Second cycle. First was test e and dbol

Thinking of doing this cycle for mass:

    Diet:
Meal 1: 3 weetabix and then blend up 60g oats, 20g peanut butter, 400ml full fat milk, a banana, 30g whey

Meal 2: 1 chicken breast (140g uncooked) and 80g pasta

Meal 3(post workout): blend 20g oats, 3 scoops of mutant mass and 400ml full fat milk

Meal 4: same as meal 2

Meal 5: same as meal 1

Meal 6: same as meal 2 and 4

    4500kcal, 118g fat, 585g carbs, 325g protein

    Training split:
    Mon- legs
    Tue- chest (heavy) triceps
    Wed- back (heavy) biceps
    Thu- rest
Fri- shoulders, chest (light, very strict form, 10-12)
Sat- forearms, abs, back (light, very strict form, 10-12)

Basically do you guys have any thoughts? I think I might also implement hcg for pct but really don't know exactly what to do so any help would be great. Thanks

It is recommended to incorporate hcg into your weekly protocol. For example, subq injection of 250iu twice a week. This should be administered the day before your test injections. Assuming you will be injecting your test twice a week

For the record, I am not encouraging you to take AAS at the age of 21. But since I believe you are not going to listen to any advice that steers you away from gear, at least follow protocols that are developed to protect your body from the damage AAS can do

You will have much better results and much less bloating I would imagine eating your protein in real food. Supplements such as whey are good to supplement with. But 3 or more shakes a day IMO is a waste of $.

I was once a 3 shake a day guy 2 scoops per shake. I had terrible gas all the time, constantly bloated and it did me no good. I would change it up for a can of tuna here and there. Good luck bro, looks like you are putting in the footwork I am sure you will have a productive cycle.
