When do I throw it in and how much do i do for how long? im 24 years old, 5'10, 210, 14%bf, looking to add lean mass while cutting up. Diet is high protein, moderate to low carbs. About 250 grams of protein a day, 25-30 minutes of cardio a day and lifting about 5 days a week.
