Split them up unless you are running a bridge. The more you spread the dose out the better off you will be. Keeping consistent blood levels is important. If you are bridging between cycles - then AM only.

You want to try and split them at least 3xs day because of its short half-life. One in the A.M., another mid-afternoon, last one before retiring.

I agree. Right now I'm goin:
10mg as soon as I wake up
    10mg after working out
    10mg before bed

But spread it out to keep the levels high in your blood.

yeah the half life is so short you have to spread it out throughout the day.
