Yo, I fucked my leg up in the middle of my cycle
I was palying a basket ball game when I rolled my ankle to the outside. All fucked up. I can't even move it. What can I do to keep working out my legs.

extensions will cut it for the few days it should take to clear up if you in fact ONLY rolled it, and didn't cause any real damage.
