hamstring injections anyone?

has anyone ever did a hamstring injection before? If so was it painful?

i have always done my own injections, so i can't say i have ever hit the hammies.

i don't see why it would be any more painful than another muscle group...most likely less painful since the muscle has a large surface area in relation to the size of other groups ie. tris, bi's, calves, delts.

It seems to me like there are a lot more tendons around the hamstrings. I've never heard of anyone even trying it, but just by feeling around back there it doesn't seem like a good idea at all.
