Brain stimulants...
Anyone know of any natural (supplements/herbs) that help at all with focusing / sharpness of memory / anything to do with improving the function of the brain / memory. I know there are some amino acids which assist this but I can't remember the names and searching is difficult when you don't know the keywords, heh. Any help appreciated.

Ginko-Biloba is one I believe, though I'm not quite sure on the spelling. St. John's Wart is supposed to elevate your mood. I'm not sure what other effects it may have.

Look up Nootropics. There are some good studies which help show effects of these on various brain functions.
