Anyone know of any natural (supplements/herbs) that help at all with focusing / sharpness of memory / anything to do with improving the function of the brain / memory. I know there are some amino acids which assist this but I can't remember the names and searching is difficult when you don't know the keywords, heh. Any help appreciated.

Ginko-Biloba is one I believe, though I'm not quite sure on the spelling. St. John's Wart is supposed to elevate your mood. I'm not sure what other effects it may have.

fish oil and EFA's are apparently the natural "alternative" to drugs like ritalin and adderol.

Well...turns out Acetyl-L-Carnitine and other aminos arent solid in Canadian health food stores. Damn. Anyone know any stuff available in Canada thats useful? Ginkgo was proven to be useless.
