    best way to break up winny tab

    Hey, i'm running winny 50mg a day but i want to do 25mg in the morning and 25 in the evening b/c the half life is so short. would it be possible to try to bite it in half or would it break up too much if i did that? would i have to grind it up every time which would be much less convenient?

    Go to any search engine and type in 'pill splitter'. Alot of on-line medical supply companies carry them. They're pretty conveinent too. I use my all the time.

    Or you could crush it into powder and divide it into half. This way, you can let it dissolve easier for better absorbtion
