Right now Im 193 pounds 10"9 Feet tall..
Last year i was 165 pounds i gained all this with Creatine and Protein.
Im kinda scared to use this cycle but i said fu** it I'll give it a Try..
My goal is 200-205 pounds ..

i'm not flaming you here, but youre gonna get a lot of guys telling you to research these topics thoroughly before you start anything. and i agree.
sustanon @250mg/week for 8 weeks is basically useless imho. and if you dont know how to inject it, then thats all the more reason to wait until your knowledge base increases.
i'm sorry if you feel i'm being hard on you, but all i want to do is steer you in the right direction. good luck.

Oh no, U serious? :/ Could u explain a bit what u mean by that?
sustanon is a blend of 4 different esters, short and long.
if you inject once a week, the short ester will have no effect at all.
and the little amount you get from the longer esters will be almost useless.
i would go with a single ester, like cyp or enanthate. i would also run at least 400mg/week for 10 weeks.
you know about anti-e's and clomid, right?
