Hey this is my first time trying this, And decided to go with Sustanon 250
for 2 months.. would like to know if anyone can provide me a link on how to use Needles, and a good Diet with the cycle please and thanks you..

Right now Im 193 pounds 10"9 Feet tall..
Last year i was 165 pounds i gained all this with Creatine and Protein.
Im kinda scared to use this cycle but i said fu** it I'll give it a Try..
My goal is 200-205 pounds ..
I'll try to post a pic soon.. If u people would see my pic u would never ever think im 193 pounds, i dont look it.

i'm not flaming you here, but youre gonna get a lot of guys telling you to research these topics thoroughly before you start anything. and i agree.

sustanon @250mg/week for 8 weeks is basically useless imho. and if you dont know how to inject it, then thats all the more reason to wait until your knowledge base increases.

Oh no, U serious? :/ Could u explain a bit what u mean by that?

sustanon is a blend of 4 different esters, short and long.
if you inject once a week, the short ester will have no effect at all.
and the little amount you get from the longer esters will be almost useless.
i would go with a single ester, like cyp or enanthate . i would also run at least 400mg/week for 10 weeks.
you know about anti-e's and clomid, right?
