Ok im going to be doing sust eod, one week i'll have like 125mls/shot(M-W-F-Su) one week then 166mg's (T-Tr-S) the following week. Sust is best when split i know that, but what about deca? is it best to divide along with my sust shots so i get 400mg's/week ? or is it best maximizes at say 2 shoots a week ?
