Steroid Test On The Chest Muscles!!
Okay guys I did an experiment to see which exercise by itself would give me the biggest and most complete chest development. Many wont like what I'm fixing to say but here goes.
I performed straight bench press on my first cycle and straight flat dumbell flyes on my second because my chest is my lagging a point.
The dumbell flat flyes have made my chest bigger according to the mirror,friends, and my wife. I perform them with 6 to 8 reps with 3 minutes resat betwen sets just as I did with my benches. I did 6 sets twice per week.
Now I see why in Arnold's encyclopedia he states that flyes are to be used to develop "THE MASS OF THE PECS"!
Do the experiment and see where you stand. I for one now know how to keep my chest growing!
