joint pain w/ winny
i already have a bad shoulder that hurts sometimes. if i take winny at 50mg every day for 6 weeks will it even be worth it or most likely will the joint pain be intolerable? i'm taking glucosamine condroitan throughout if that's any help at all. am i looking for trouble or am i just a worrywort? (funny word)

c'man guys. help me out. pulease.

If its a winny only cycle, then I would have to say that your going to have some complications. If you throw in some test and deca, both will make you retain some water, the water will act as lubrication for your joints and possibly eliminate your shoulder pain or no doubt decrease it.

is there anything short of deca that i can do?
-
Test! No cycle is complete without it.

well, i am a weiner. is there anything besides juice that might help this problem?

I had the same problem from DEC to APRIL. I just cut out all pressing motions for 5 weeks to let it heal. I feel great now. I went the deca route, but when you are on gear, you want to push that much harder. So, I recommend 5 weeks of no pressing movements. Then when you come back, do some rotator cuff exercises to warm upthe joint before doing any pressing motion. Also, do not take the joint to failure for 4 weeks. The shoulder is a delicate joint...it is better to have 2 months now than years later on.

you know where it hurts the most is when i squat b/c i put my arms back to hold the bar. what can i do? i love squats. will a hack squat do as much for my legs?
-
if i take the glucosamine condroitan and drink plenty of water is there a chance my shoulder will not fold or is it a lost cause?
-
if i were to take deca just for the only task of lubricating joints. what would the dosages look like and for how long if i wanted to run winny 50mg every day?
-
-
I would run the test before the deca bro. Deca with no test = deca dick. Winny should be ran at 50mg/ED for no more than 6wks for a newbie.

jus take a lil deca each week thas what i did and it got rid of my sore joints reall quick

if i can't do squats, what would be the most productive mass builder for the legs: regular deadlift, sumo deadlift, hack squat, or leg press?
