Can you inject sust-deca combo in the delts? My glutes are getting mighty sore.
Certainly my friend, this will be ok.....
I have done so for years, as many others I'm sure. If you are injecting once or twice a week??? perhaps more?? I can only suggest this, do not inject into the same delt more than once per week, preferably once every two weeks. I did abscess once while on 50mg winny ED after week four, so rotation is vital.
Most likely, your delts will be sore as well. However, this provides ypou 2 more sights. Rotate both glutes, delts, and thighs down the road.
Secondly, plan your injects around your lower body training. Why train UB the next day after a "sore" delt injection when you don't have to??
