sustanon deca question

I have 16 weeks before my next sports season starts im 24 used steroids before I only have access to sustanon and deca as much as I want is there any reason I cant go 16 straight weeks combining both tampering up and down over he full span or would I be better to start with one then switch to the other thanks for any advice.

Because Deca is detectable up to 18 months. Sust clears in about a month. Aside from this Front load the sust for two weeks before starting the deca..ie use 500mg per week at minimum and do not use more than 400 mg deca unless you are using lots of test. Tapering only at the end by stopping the deca a month sooner than the test(sust). Deca will stay around for a good month and if you stop the sust too soon your dick will not work(maybe). so use the sust a good 6 weeks beyond the deca and lower the dose the last two weeks.
