Is clen just as good if you are high body fat %
Was just curious what would happen if a person with high body fat % jumped on clen , say the person was around 30-35% bodyfat and they lifted everyday along with a strict/stable diet/cardio the lot, took the right dosage and cycled 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.
i know that because they are already high bodyfat that even without the clen they would be able to lose weight quick if they stuck to everything else right, but my question is would clen make them lose it faster?
Im sitting around 13-15% body fat and want that extra push but a friend of mine also wants to get on it which i advised he shouldnt.

No. It's not. Far more risky. Anyone who is 35% BF can drop fat incredibly quickly without any drugs. You could drop 20 lbs in a month, easy. Incredibly easy.

I'd strongly recommend bringing body fat down. Clen has some harsh cardiac effects and at 30% or above, your friend would be in a higher risk category for cardiac related adverse events. He needs to work on his nutrition and cardio. There aren't any short cuts when you are at 30% or more. Commitment to training and nutrition are his top priorities for the benefit of his health.

OP should mention if his/her "friend" is comfortable with the cut mentality, or is his/her first time. Big difference in mentality, though the aforementioned insights are the spot on, of course. Someone who has never really been lean, tends to think it cant be done. Like yoda and luke in "empire".
Forget cloud city, stick with the little guy. He is wise.

Listen to them both! A diet is better than a heart attack. Plus the worst cramps in history! Good luck, John
