Just wondering i know that sust should be split eod, because there are shot esters that can leave the system faast. But for deca does that work the same way? like im gonna do 2 shots of 200mg's per week, but would it be better to do say 4 x 100mgs during the week mixed with the sust?

no bro is not nessesary to make it 100 just shoot 2 times a week 200mg per shot and if u planning to take 1000mg sust wish i thing is too mach then take sust eod

i would only shoot the deca once a week it has no benifits in shooting eod.

I think 1000 mg each week of sust is WAY to much. Don't shoot it every other day bro, you should shoot 250mg of sust along with 200mg of deca on Mondays and Thursdays or something to that effect. Maybe shoot 750mg of sust a week but I think 1000 would be way to much.
How about your age and cycle experience, we could probly help you better if you gave us more info.
