some people say that the naps will cause less water retention then the thais
I just finished the naps with hardly any water retention. Get those they are great, and usually they're cheaper or about the same price.

o and which one is more commonly used, my guy is just getting me 196 tabs or dbol i donno which one he usually gets the most commonly used ones.
I had zero bloat on 5mg tai. I think it mainly has to do with your genetics. I guess it won't hurt to use some l-dex and good diet.

i think the naps are better...ive used russian, tia, naps and i really got good gains off the naps....Madmax

Personally Russians work awesome for me
Naps on the other hand give me all the sides, but little gain.
I would guess the best bet is to try them all :D
