First cycle help

I've been reading around for a good first cycle and i just don't know what to do. I've read so many and i'm not to sure which will suit me and my goals. I wanted to know if you guy could help me. I'm 6 foot 3" and weight about 180. I wanted to gain strenght and about 10 pounds, with little to no water retention, and low sides especially when it comes to my hair line. Also i want to stay away from winny due to a bad knee.(dont want the joint problems involved) Lastly since it is my first i didnt want to run it for to long.

How old are you? At 6'3" and only 180lbs, sounds like adjusting your diet and training could help. If you are prone to hairloss, you are almost SOL on a cycle. But such things as finasteride and nizoral shampoos,etc can slow mpb.
If you are really set on doing a beginner cycle w/o much bloat(-also bloat varies from person to person) id do something like this:
1-10 enth/cyp 400-500mg/wk
1-12 ldex .25mg ed
wk 12 start clomid therapy 300/100/50

topical hair loss products can still have a negative effect on a cycle just as oral ones do, if you have peaked out your gains and cannot make any further gains without trying anythign else then i would just take some test and some deca , keep doseages low and it should accelorate hair loss too much unless you are very prone
