Its usually best to split it up evenly throughout the day.
It is part of a cycle I am just starting. Will start in the next few days, just excited about taking it. Never have taken it before.

If you have problems with your blood pressure/heart rate I would suggest not taking d-bol after 5pm or you might have trouble sleeping like I did.GOOD LUCK!
D-bol's half-life is very short. Its like 6-8hrs. Try and dose the d-bol evenly within that time frame. You want to try and keep blood levels constant. Also take heed to Jay's advice too.
I'm getting some Dbol tabs about 500 of them. Should I do about 30 to 40 mg a day?
I have read on AR that 15mg/d is good for first timers and novices and more experienced users should do 25-30mg/d. 40mg/d seems like over kill to me. Seroius side effects. Don't you think.
For 1st time users, I would suggest no more than 30mg/ED for 4wks. If this is your very first cycel I would suggest not even running the d-bol. D-bol is primary used used to 'kick' start a cyle for more expirienced users.Quote:
