Tetralysal & Steriods - Can I mix

I have been on a course of Tetralysal which was perscribed by my dermatologist. I havent told her ive just started taking steroids again and have a meeting to see how my skin is coming along tomorrow.

Ive heard that being on Tetralysal for spots has an anti-anabolic effect but it seems as though not a lot of research has been done on this.

Do i tell her what im taking and see if there is something to clear the few spots i have on my face up or just keep it quiet?

My spots arnt really that bad and to be honest if its a choice between a good body and a couple of blemishes i'd probab;y take the first option. In which case should i just stop using the Tetralysal?
