    Testosterone levels

I did just a testosterone enanthate cycle about 9 months ago and long story short my tesosterone hasn't been recovering normally. I took clomid/nova 100/100/50/50 and 40/40/20/20 and my levels only got to 300 ng/dl on a scale from 250-850 ng/dl. My level before the cycle was 990ng/dl which is very concerning. I just finished another 3 weeks of taking clomid that my doctor prescribed me to get my levels back up to where I was, but I just recieved blood work and I am still at 300. I was about to start another just testosterone E cycle. I was going to wait till my levels came back up before I started, but I have waited for 7-8 months now and am not sure that waiting will even assure my test levels rise at this point. Any advice on what I should do? Just go with the cycle? Or maybe keep taking nolva/clomid. Not that it should make any difference but I am 23 5'9 187 lbs and about 8-9 % bf.

sounds like trt is in your future bro, just because we use nolva/climid for pct there is no guaurentee to get your level s back ti norm, 990 was a good reading natty test. your 23 yo bro, I would have waited it out honestly. mine was only 416

Well I got ****ed over and my second vial was fake so I waited probably a month before starting a pct. you think that would have to do with my levels not coming back? I feel like 1/3 rd of it to come back is rediculous. I was at 46 ng/dl after the cycle. Do you think taking more clomid/nolva is useless at this point?

Yea this recent test was taken a couple hours after I woke up which could change it a little. At best it would be 400 which is very low for what my body is use to

usually clomid should be able to almost double your baseline T. if it only got you up to 300, then maybe you're developing primary hypo. is your doc confident of you chances of recovery? if not, then cycling again now or later may not make much difference.

Interesting thought AD. Above would surely rule that in or out.

^^^Exactly. I don't want to kick OP when he's down, but these young guys just don't learn. They claim to know the risks and accept them yet when this happens they freak out. Just because others run a straight forward cycle with HCG and a proper PCT this is NO guarantee of a complete or proper recovery. You are shutting your natural hormone cycle DOWN. The risk you always run is that it won't recover at all or could take a very long time to recover and when/if it does it is entirely possibly your natural testosterone cycle will yield less testosterone then it did prior to your anabolic cycle. I don't mean to sound cold and insensitive but these kids need to get their heads out of their arse and truly accept the risks and stop claiming they do when clearly the do NOT. You are playing Russian roulette with your HTPA so there will always be the possibility of screwing of up this part of your brain.

Now that I've ranted.....OP, I'll check back at your first post, but did you include any other hormone values for us to review? I suspect your testosterone won't be the only thing that is off.

Absolutely. I would be surprised if its only his testosterone that is outside normal ranges.

We had a similar young man at a TRT clinic two weeks ago. 21, used HCG last two weeks of cycle, ran 800mg of test and under dosed his AI because he thought it would "affect gains" and ran T3 for eight weeks before his cycle to lean out. He was a freaking train wreck. Hormones all over the damn place.

Too many guys "over complicate" cycles anymore and depend on chem's far more than old school hard work and nutrition.

Yes they do. They think chemicals will always compensate and the more chemicals the greater the compensation. Dangerous thinking.

Funny you would ask actually. I spent many years conducting brain aging research and am talking to a company now about an imaging compound for amyloidosis. I'm also starting a new company and thinking about others and I had someone ask me in November about my level of interest in opening an anti-aging clinic for men.
