Ok, Im looking to do a nice little cycle to put on some minor gains (already happy with size) and get lean in the process. I was thinking prop/tren/winny. My question is can someone set up a nice 8 week stack with this including recovery therapy.
Don't go overboard on the test either, and this is my first cycle so easy on the tren too.
Also I have a few questions on inject times but I will ask those later on. I have heard some conflicting ideas on when to stick prop and tren.

1st cycle - you shouldn't use tren IMO. I would run like cyp and eq unless you are sure you are fine with injecting.
If you are then run tren/prop/winny.
I would run Tren 50-75mg/ed or 100-150mg/EOD wk1-8
Prop 50mg/ed or 100mg/eod wk1-8
Winny 50mg/ed wk 3-8.
Run the winny 3 days past the tren. So stop the tren/prop on a sunday run the winny mon/tues/wed morning. And then start clomid thursday.
Clomid 300/100/50 with the standard (1/10/10 day). But if you do the math you are looking at 8 wks times 7 days for 56 injects of tren/prop and 5 wks times 7 days of winny for 35. You will have to hit yourself 91 times.
If you ran cyp and eq for 12 weeks - maybe 400eq and 250-500cyp a week. You would need about 1/8th the amount of injects. Something to think about...... ????
I wouldnt run it. Id do a simple 500-600 test for 10wks. ED shots is a bit much your first time out to be honest.
If you must though
50 Prop + 50 Tren ED for 8wks
50 winny ED last 6 wks
i agree the ed shots can get to you. when i did a fina cycle it wasn't my first and it wore me down
He doesn't want to gain size, wouldn't 500 test/wk for a first cycle to much? (imo) 200-400 test/wk with eq200/wk and winny 150/wk for a first cycle would rip him, or just the test and eq that would only be one shot a week. My first cycle was only test 200/week for 8 weeks and i had huge results.
I think you need to see how your body reacts to a new drug. I would go lightly for your first time.
do tren/winny/prop with an anti-e and you wont be dissapointed
what do you guys recomend then to lean out and maybe put on about 5 pounds of mass? Mostly I wanna get lean and harden up.

you could throw in arimidex to make sure you don't get any bloat
