hit my trap up

Just shot into my trap.
Not as bad as I thought it was going to be, next up my chest!
I love that nervous feeling, thank god I got a steady hand.
Just thought i'd share.

I did my first delt shot this morning and it wasn't bad either. You're right about if you take your time and keep steady there shouldn't be much or any pain. Compared to to the quads wich are a breeze for me the the shot in my delt didn't hurt at all.

I don't think I will be trying the traps though

i was nervous when i did my first bi shot...i have no problems stickin the glutes or quads though

What size pin did you use for your delt shot?

My delts usually hurt when I hit them, I use a 23 G 1"1/2 pin. for some reason I am always hitting viens in my quads.
oh well. I have to this day never hit my glute, go figure. I stick to delts, quads, and calves.
