Any sust guru's here that can explain the difference between sustanon 250 and sustanon 300?

250 is 250mg/ml
300 is 300mg/ml

250 is standard as the patent trademark Sustanon 250. any other strength is ugl.

250 contains per ml:
30 mg testosterone propionate
60 mg testosterone phenylpropionate
60 mg testosterone isocaproate
100 mg testosterone decanoate

My guess is that higher concentrations would contain a proportionate increase/decrease from those bases.

300 is 16.66% more than 250 so multiply each base ester at 250 by 1.1666 and you'll get your breakdown in 300.

I have a question and forgive my ignorance. I want to know if running a stack of Primo, sust and winny is a good idea or will show good results. Sorry if the question is not in the right field, i honestly could not figure out how to post a new thread.

That depends on several variables:
- your goals
- how many cycles you've run in the past
- your training history
- your stats (bf, age, heigh, weight)
- current TDEE and caloric intake.
