Thats what we thought but on the website www.spotinjections.com it looks like some people are flexed. thanks for the advice
either way the oil is going in, but why add more of a blood rush to the injected muscle. Might as well go in as relaxed as possible.
agreed ! i always relax my quads ! sit on a chair or stand up !
Always try and relax your muscle before injecting. IMO the pin will go in much smoother and easier.
The guys look like they are flexing because they are all skinny pukes trying to look bigger!

my answer to you would be how sore do you want to be afterwards?
the more relaxed you are, the less trauma there is to the muscle in question, therefore less irritation and site soreness the next day.
jmo though.....
