Thyroid and testosterone help

Hi all, I need some help. I am on my first cycle of Sustanon. 250mg/week and going on my third week. Last week i went for the blood test, because i feel tired and fatigue in the morning. I also noticed some chest pain. I also did ask the doc to give me a blood test on thyroid and testosterone level. The test came back yesterday, everything is ok but my thyroid is high. The doc is not a hormone specialist, just a family physician. I did tell him that i am on steroid. He told me that the tests and thyroid are not related. He told me that i dont need to take any thyroid medicaton to help my thyroid function normally. Now i dont know what to do. Please give some help. Should i continue my cycle or stop? Please give me some specific information about thyroid. I really appreciate it.
