advice on next cycle

some thoughts from everyone on my next cycle would be greatly appreciated..

deca week 1-4 400 per
week 4-8 600 per
primo week 1-8 200 per
prop week 6-12 100 mg eod
fina week 6-12 150 eod

clomid, clen and other stuff as necessary.

couple of questions with this...

1. is it necessary to up the deca dose??
2. can I mix deca and prop in the same syringe?
3. can I mix prop and fina in the same syringe?

my goal is approx 10 pounds of lean muscle while losing approx 3-5% bf. The diet and cardio will reflect my goals.

Personally I would drop the primo altogether 200mg a week isn't going to do anything for you so give it to your wife. I would run the rest like this:

1-13 Prop 100mg EOD
1-10 deca 400mg a week
7-13 fina 150mg EOD

I would rather you ran the fina and prop ED but assume you are trying to avoid that with what you have posted above. I would have some bromo or Dostinex on hand just in case. Yes you can mix any two or all three compounds in a single syringe.

I think you might have had some typos in your post but I'm not sure?
You have to run deca for atleast 10 weeks IMO but since your wanting to lose some bf and lean up I would suggest replacing the deca w/ EQ.
And 200mgs of Primo a week is probably going to do very little if anything for u. Gotta run it @ 400mgs per week
Depending on your cycle experience...I would go w/ something like:
Week 1-12 Eq 400mgs
Week 1-13 Prop 100mgs eod
Week 1-10 Primo 400mgs a week
(adding fina in this cycle would be optional depending on ur cycle history)
Clomid
Or:
Week 1-8 Fina 75mgs ed
Week 1-8 Prop 100mgs eod
Week 2-8 Winny 50mgs ed
Clomid
