    best way to take clenbuterol??

    what is really the best way to take clenbuterol ?? i recently had someone tell me that its best to take it by taking 2 pills a day and go 2 days on and 2 days off for 2 weeks... but from what i have read most people suggest taking 3-7 pills a day - 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off, depending on your situation. im 6'2 200-205lbs not taking AS but wanting to lose a lil in the belly and get ripped up.... so any educational comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated...

    imo,2 weeks on 2 off is the way to go.
    i take 4 in the am the first day.then bump it up 1 a day until i hit 7 a day.
    4 first thing than 1 an hour.you may want to start with 2 to see how you react to them if you havent taken them before.by the way.these are .02
    also,you need to be on a proper diet and do some cardio to achieve results.. its no miracle drug

    I agree. ITS NO MIRACLE PILL. Please read that carfully. Before I tried it, I had read about it in every magazine and on every site possible, every bodybuilder builder is using it....I mean , this stuff is the shit right? Its so effective you dont need as much cardio and you can cheat on your diet more often. If you think that , Im here to tell you that you couldnt be more wrong. I think for all intent and purposes, for those who havent tried it, just think about it as a more effective over the counter fat burner(e.g. ECA). Remember when you first got your hands on it before you really researched it? Think about this in the same light. Its not that amazing. It will help you see results faster, but dont think your gonna slack off, or that your gonna be ripped to shreds in a few weeks. Sorry to burst your bubble, but you still gotta bust ass, have a serious clean diet and be serious about cardio. I thought it would be some super pill. It wasnt. If you wanna work hard, it will definetly help you out a lot. But if you dont, your just be shakey with wet arm pits. Id want it in all my cutting cycles still, but have learned a valuble lesson.

    What is Clenbuterol?

    Clenbuterol is a beta-2 agonist and is used in many countries as a broncodilator
    for the treatment of asthma. Because of it's long half life, clenbuterol is not
    FDA approved for medical use. It is a central nervous system stimulant and acts
    like adrenaline. It shares many of the same side effects as other CNS stimulants
    like ephedrine. Contrary to popular belief, Clenbuterol has a half life of 35
    hours and not 48 hours.

    Dosing and Cycling

    Clenbuterol comes in 20mcg tablets, although it is also available in syrup, pump
    and injectable form. It's also available as a powder in some areas. Doses are
    very dependent on how well the user responds to the side effects, but somewhere
    in the range of 4-8 tablets per day for men and 2-4 tablets a day for women is
    most common. Clenbuterol loses its thermogenic effects after around 8 weeks when
    body temperature drops back to normal. Its anabolic /anti-catabolic properties
    fade away at around the 18 day mark. Taking the long half life into
    consideration, the most effective way of cycling clen is 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off
    for no more than 12 weeks. Ephedrine or Yohimbine can be used in the off weeks.

    Clenbuterol vs Ephedrine vs DNP

    Ephedrine will raise metabolic levels by about 2-3 percent and 200mg of DNP
    raises metabolic levels by about 30 percent. Clenbuterol raises metabolic levels
    about 10 percent and it can raise body temperature several degrees.

    DNP is by far the most effective fat burner but many people will never use it
    because of the risks associated with it. It also offers no anti-catabolic
    benefit. Although it does have anti-catabolic effect, ephedrine's short
    half-life prevents it from being all that effective.

    As far as side effects, Clenbuterol's are certainly milder than DNP's, and some
    would even say milder than an ECA stack. There is no ECA-style crash on
    Clenbuterol and many users find it easier on the prostate and sex drive. This
    may in part be due to the fact that Clen is generally used for only 2 weeks at a
    time.

    The same precautions that apply to Ephedrine must be applied to Clen, although
    some people find ECA stacks are harsher than Clen. It should not be stacked

    are unnecessary and potentially dangerous. Caffeine can be used in moderation
    before a workout for an extra quick. burst of energy.

    A word on Ketotifen

    Ketotifen is safe antihistamine used extensively some European countries to
    treat asthma and allergies. It can up regulate beta-2-receptors that Clen down
    regulates. Basically, it allows users to extend their use of Clen for 6-8 weeks
    at a time. 2-3mg a day is ideal, 10mg as found in "superclen" can make users
    extremely drowsy. It also increases the effectiveness of Clen so doses must be
    adjusted accordingly. The downfall of this drug is its ability to induce
    extreme hunger is some people, which is not a desirable state to be in when
    dieting.

    Cycling Clenbuterol

    Most users that report bad side effects and discontinue use are those who use
    high doses right at the start of the cycle. The worst side effects occur within
    the first 3-4 days of use.

    A first time user should not exceed 40mcg the first day. Increase by one tab
    until the side effects are not tolerable

    Example of a first cycle:

    Day1: 20mcg
    Day2: 40mcg
    Day3: 60mcg
    Day4: 80mcg
    Day5: 80mcg(Note: Increase the dose only when the side effects are tolerable)

    cramps. It's a must with Clen.

    Clenbuterol should not be taken too close to a workout. It can interfere with
    your breathing and complete ruin your workout. When doing cardio, it's
    advisable to stay at a consistent pace and avoid HIIT style routines.

    Do not take Clen Past 4pm and drink plenty of water; 1.5-2 gallons a day

    It really should be put in the educational threads.... This was actually a post somone gave me a couple of weeks ago when I was researching Clen . And if you guys are looking for a good ECA stack look into Animal Cuts.... I am using that on my off weeks with clen and like it a lot.

    If you were just doing an ECA Stack, would you still want to go 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.....or is this mainly just used for Clen .....??!?!?!

    i guess the pills would be alright but that powder is grotesk. My main thing is that i would rather spend the cash on more AS than on shit like taurine and potassium if i can get them from food sources. But if thats the best route to take the pills and what not then thats what I guess I should do. Thanks

    They are cheap bro! They are like 5 or 6 bucks for 50- 500mg pills. For Potassium, you can always load up on the bananas!

    Buy one get one free.

    I got mine from GNC but puritan vitamins are the cheapest I have seen by far. They usually offer buy one bottle of something and then you get one free. If you dont like online shopping, go to vitamin world or GNC.

    I can just grub some bannanas for the potassium cant I. Or would I be better off going with pills so that I have more than enough to stop the cramping?

    Pills just make sure you get it bro! It makes me feel secure that I get what I need. When vitamins are so cheap I wouldnt hesitate to pick some up.

    I like GNC's Ultra Mega Gold multivitamin but if you already take a multi then you are cool. I like to take extra Vitamin C and that is like .99$ a bottle. I seem to feel better when I pop a couple extra C's.

    Take your daily dose all at once before bed. You'll sleep through the shakes, and since the half life is around 3hrs, you'll still get the benefit. You'll be able to increase your dose without affecting your workouts, or feeling tired during the day.

    I dont really mean to call BS on you, but what are you talking about. I never take clen at night b/c itll keep me up.
    Can anyone else back troponin up on this? Or me?

    unfortunately not pro maybe in greece but here no and the customs are too tought i have been seize and in a few weeks i am going to court and maybe pay a big fine otherwise it's a very good place with beautifull sun beach and a lot of fun and relax
