appropriate bridge (help)

Hello,
My last cycle was my first, and I did not bridge with any thing needless to say I lost strenght, definition, and size. From the sound of it, "proviron " seems like it would be a good bridge. Is it an effective bridge? Why or why not? MY cycle includes d'bol, anavar , deca , and winstrol with nolv and ending with clomid and hcg , but what about after that. Please help.

Proviron a bridge? No, my friend I think you are confused.

Proviron is very good at preventing aromatisation of test to estrogen and for that reason it's mainly used during a cycle.

Used outside of a cycle Proviron will inhibit your natural test production and should not be used as a bridge.

hello again, I just read on the proviron profile that it is not an efficient bridge, even though I don't totally understand why. I would like to stay away from anything 1 7-alpha alky-lated and any test. suggestions please

Maybe I am confused here. When you say bridge do you mean after your cycle and before your Clomid or after your Clomid and before your next Cycle?

After clomid and before next cycle or starting with the clomid/hcg treatment, dunno, U tell me

I would suggest you don't run anything after your cycle. Let your body recover and return to its natural state.

Many people bridge after they take their last test e and/or deca before they start clomid. I suggest you bridge with winny. Start your winny two weeks before your last deca shot and run it for three weeks after your last deca shot. Then run clomid straight after. This is a common bridging technique.

I noticed that but I assumed (perhaps incorrectly) that he's not using them at the same time.

Wes - I take Winny EOD but it will be more effective ED. I like HCG after a long cycle. How long is your cycle?
