    Question What fat burner to take after T-3 use??

    Taking test enan 500mg wk1-12
    with eq 600 and t-3 wk 1-7..

    Wanna know if it's okay to take xenadrene after
    the t-3 is up.. Wrapping up with the t-3 by the end of the week..

    I know I have to wait two months before I take t-3 again..
    But how long do I have wait to take an over-the-counter
    and will it affect my gains from the juice........

    Shouldn't be a problem, although I am curious though why you are taking fat burners during a bulking type of cycle. I personally think it could diminish your gains. You need to preserve your calories for building muscle and not burn them. If I were you I would drop the T3 and save it for after the post-cycle recovery period. If you are trying to lose bodyfat and gain muscle with that type of cycle then good luck. Just my opinion though.

    Actually I am trying to burn fat and gain muscle. Currently 265lbs
    looking to get to around 250.....

    Well, like I said I think you should drop the fat burners during this cycle and wait till later to lose the weight! Would you rather gain a little bit of mass and lose a little bit of fat all at once? Or gain a substantial amount of mass now and lose a good deal of fat later?

    I have seen alot of people try it and I tried it in the beginning and it is pretty damn difficult, but if you insist then go for it. Good luck and I hope it works for you!

    Of course, just make sure that you are providing yourself with enough calories to support your cycle and your cardio. I wouldn't go more than 20 mins 4x per week though. There is alot of debate about cardio and bulking. I personally don't do cardio during bulking because I don't want to burn off any of those precious calories that is so hard to get during those times.
