Was just wondering if there are any steroids that would help heal a muscle strain. I strained a bicep a few weeks ago and I just cant seem to heal it. Been lifting lighter weights and icing, stretching after workouts.
Cycle: 1-10 Sus 750 wk
1-8 EQ 400 wk.
8-16 Primo 300 wk
10-16 winny 50 ed
Nope gear wont heal your muscle, go see a personal trainer or doc. Rest it

Are you sure it's a muscle strain? Muscle strains don't usually stay aroud for "a few weeks". Does it hurt when you bench or squat?
It sounds like it maybe tendonitis in which case I'd stop lifting for couple of days and let it heal completly. Or you will be nursing this injury forever.

Actually XXX it does hurt after squats. Bench doesn't bother it but shoulder presses do. I guess I'll go to the orthopedic and have it checked out. Kinda sucks in the middle of a cycle.

I just strained my right pec on monday (its thursday today) and its already much better. Yours is definately not a strain if its lasted that long, unless you keep f'in with it every workout.
