HCG: 1cc = 1ml = X i.u.?

How many i.u.s are there in a cc/ml?

It doesn't quite work like that, guys.

The vial of HCG should tell you how many IU's are in it.

If it's pregnyl then they are normally 5000 IU's of HCG.

If you use a U-100 Insulin syringe, then 100 units = 1 CC.

Reconstituting it with 1 CC out of a U-100 slin pin would give you 5000 IU's in the 1 CC of bacteriostatic water you have used.

When drawing the recon'd HCG use a U-100 slin pin.

Each 10 Units on the slin pin will equal 500 IU's of the HCG. (5000 IU's / 100 units = 50 IU's per unit)

It sounds rather confusing, but it's actually quite easy.

So the number of I.U.s per CC vary according to the product -correct? That would mean I.U.s aren't a measure of volume but of concentration per CC.

This is actually pretty crucial , because from what I understand, if you're accidentally ODing HCG you can PERMANENTLY desensitize your nads to your natural LH (or FSH or whatever it is) -which means they couuld be in bad shape for the rest of your life.
