you want to keep your levels consistant, keep taking your shots on time. Try to get all your vitamins, rest, and hopefully youll recover soon.

I had a cold and then got a crazy stomach flu last week. I kept on taking my shots, took a few days off working out, started back up slowly and now I'm great.
Just don't workout too hard or don't at all and get some rest. Let the fever burn that extra fat off :)
