Ive done both, and i saw much more strength gains while on deca. The only downside to the deca imo is that i was shut down pretty hard afterwards. When i did eq, i was much more vascular, hard, and everything i ate seemed to turn into muscle!
I love deca personally, but also remember that deca has a hellaciously long detection time... over a year.
Something to consider if thats important to you.

you'll gain alot more raw mass on deca, its just not a quality of gains. i am very lean naturally, so ive always used deca over eq until my current cycle... i am LOVING eq now. i do miss the deca bloat, but the hunger is amazing and it seems like i can eat anything and still look like im losing bf.
Yeah, Im in the middle of a Sus,Deca cycle, I even threw a bottle of EQ in for good measure. I think Deca gives better gains, but EQ gives you a bigger appetite.
deca all the way babay! it kills EQ IMO :)
