    Question To start or not to start

    Sup people>?

    New to the boards, and have been contemplating starting a cycle, but dont know if it is right for me.....
    My question is if i did what would be a good starter for me?

    I am 6' 2" and 230. my bf test at the gym said I was @24% . have been basically living at the gym for the past 8 mos and eating pretty good/ with protien shakes too, but havent seen any change.

    is there anything that wont have me raging, or will help with reducing bf, and getting swole too?

    I would appreciate some help with this;}

    If your truely 24% bf I would diet down first before you think about taking any type of gear. And not to mention it sounds like your relatively new to the gym.
    Diet and cardio are the key to fat loss. You can take clen or any other type of fat burner to help you along.

    thats what they said at the gym.... its this damn spare tire around my waist that doesnt want to go away

    right away. just hit the cardio hard, watch your diet and drink plenty of water. you'll see results bro. if you need any help feel free to shoot me a PM.
