    Is this gyno? Please Help

    Is this gyno? Is it bad? I went from 155 to 185 I wanna cut and do a clean bulk. If I do this will the gyno be bad.

    As you have no visible abs I would say its fat. If you diet down to a six pack and it still exists then it may be gyno.

    You are up 30 lbs. Can't all be muscle, can it? But could a bit of extra fat from over feeding alright

    Bro I'm not trying to be a dick about it or anything but I can't see much of a difference at all in the before and after. The changes I did notice are very minimal. What cycle did you take and what was your diet and training program like?

    You must be blind. Definate body change. Doesnt look like he uses gear but work has been done. Dont be that dick. Plenty on here already.

    I don't think it's gyno - just fatty deposits, unless you do feel a lump.

    So far I have only had fat on my chest, a little bit ago I started to show super light signs of gyno. It felt very new & strange - it was something like a pea sized limp right behind my nipple.


    I ran the most common reversal protocol and it worked. Now, I can tell it's gone - it also hurt like bruise within the nipple

    So I cant believe someone said they cant see a difference lol. Also no I didnt do sauce haha. How ever I do feel rubbery donut behind my left nipple if i dig and squeeze and less of one on the right. I was going to start a cut to go from190lb to 170 and hoping that the puffiness isnt worse with less bf. Any advice would be great thanks.

    Could be lipoma or gyno due to the area, nipple. If you have not run sauce why would you think is was gyno?

    word of advice when you cut... dont pay attention to anything the scale says.. Unless you compete..

    Cut until you are happy with what you see not what the scale says.. you will end up slowing down the entire process!

    and i do not think it is gyno at this age you would have to have a hormone embalance and for it come now would be odd.

    There area few types of gyno though.

    back on subject.. just cut down and see where you are. Sometimes its tough to tell the difference between breast tissue and fat tissue.

    and yes before and after pics are obvious differences in mass... no doubt!

    No not being a dick. If those are the results of a cycle then **** that is either bunk ass gear or he never lifted. Like I said the change is minimal.

    maybe instead of "trying not to be a dick" try and read his posts, there are many that come on here for nutrition or training advice... he is not on any aas ... and there is a good difference in mass between the two photos.

    Yeah he has done a fairly good job for being natural. This is a good example for some of the younger guys to see how a decent diet and training plan can get results with no AAS.
