    refreshing androgen receptors

I came off a severe injury back at the end of sept last year. just prior to that i finished a parabolan /test cyp cylce. best results i've ever got. after cycle cruised on my hrt at 200/week. i was off the cycle at the end of beginning of july. i was about 200lbs. had compartment syndrome in my left arm, fasciotomy done, no muscle cut out. had major nerve damage. in hospital for about 24 days. starting back in the gym beginning of december. came out of the hospital at 173lbs . couldn't even bench the bar or squat 95lbs. started pharma test cyp 600mg/week and tren e at 800mg/week. got my strength back up and put on about 28lbs of muscle from then to february. i came off cycle end of february, and have been crusing on my cyp. my strength is where it used to be as well as my physique and bf. i'd like to run another cycle in a month but i'm wondering how long it takes for the test and tren to get out of most of my androgen receptors. i read they are like parking spaces and the steroids are like cars. so ideally you should take enough test to keep your sexual function and let the other steroids do most of your gains. i have heard mixed theories on this like taking benadryl to this. or, it just takes time like tow truck removing the old "parked cars" to make room for new ones. if this makes sense. i still have a lot of acne on my back and chest so i'm assuming these long esters are still in my body. anyone have any advice or suggestions? thanks in advance

My old eyes were unable to read this prodigious paragraph. I will however, reply to your thread title.

There is no need to "refresh" receptors.

Sure, AR's are like parking spaces...parking spaces that eat cars and only thirst for more.
Everything you read about androgen receptors is bullshit.
There are other factors behind diminishing returns than AR downregulation.

    OP,
If you're planning the "cruise blast cruise" method from TRT to cycles then just plan it as time on=minimum time off

Lol. I always found that analogy amusing to say the least. WE NEED MORE PARKING SPACES AND CARS!
