test and nolva

In a short while I will be starting a test only cycle with Cypionate 500mg a week for 10 weeks. I already did a bulking cycle about 4 months ago and that included d-bol at 20mg a day for 8 weeks. I liked the results but I had a problem with gyno afterwards and Im waiting to take care of that before I start any other cycle. It was screwed up... I got my nolvadex 3 weeks late, almost a month after my cycle and I already had a little gyno before I started taking the nolvadex and clomid. However, I am not taking any chances and I want to see how my body reacts to Test because I have never taken it. It could be worse or not as bad, but I will be taking nolvadex along with the cycle anyway, how should I dose myself?

10mg ED..if your BP goes up, you start to bloat, or of course gyno...increase to 20mg

Should I take it in the morning or at night? Also, does that mean that i cut the pill in half or what? thnx
