First Cycle Outline - Pros? - Cons?
After spending hours and hours researching as much as I could about juicing, and finding the money and source to get started, I finally came up with a plan. (all recognition goes to Anabolic Review and it's message board, they are a Library of information!). Anyhow, I am 26, 5'11" and 140lbs with 8-9% body fat. I was able to put exactly two cycles of the following together for roughly 1G. Each cycle lasting 22 weeks including the "off" period.
What I'm hoping to get out of this post is a little feedback on any fine tuning it may need. I can read all I want but when it comes down to it it's the experience that counts (and I have none). If anyone has some info as to the Pro's & Con's so I know how to tweak it, it would be MUCH appreciated. Remember, I am repeating this plan exactly TWICE over 44 weeks and with an intake of 1200g protein, 1600g Carbs, and 16500 Cals per week.

Im sorry, but to be honest what you have is one of the worse cycles I have ever seen.
The diet needs alot of help
intake of 1200g protein, 1600g Carbs, and 16500 Cals per week
thats only 2300 cals a day. Thats way to low. I would double everything if you want to put on size.
5'11" and 140lbs with 8-9% body fat is WAY to early to start!!! I woudl start with my diet. You are not eating anywhere near enough.

under "Cycles for the Novice"
OK, I will definitely work on the diet then. More needed there all together.
According to AR under "Cycles for the Novice" it shows a Test-Deca stack of 200/200. I assumed the increase to 250/300 would be better. It also says that Test stays in the system for 3-4 weeks, so I tried reducing it early and reducing the weaker Deca immediately after the Test stops.

Oh ok..I couldnt figure out where you were coming from with that.
I would keep the test at least 1.5X higher than the Deca . Why they have 200/200 I dont know...
Test alone would be plenty though. Sustanons longest ester takes approximately 3 wks to clear, that is correct. However so does Deca's so really you should end them at the same time. IT was good thinking what you did though.
If you really want to run test and deca together.
500 test + 300 deca for 10-12 wks.
Thats more than a first cycler would need though. I suppose you could cut it down though to maybe
375mg Test + 200 Deca. I think that could make a good first cycle.
Get the diet down and training down first. i think you could put on another 20-30lbs first naturally.

HCG intake...
Thanks for the tips, I will do what I can to change it. Also, not that I am questioning your knowledge, but AR wrote that the best way to take HCG is 5000i.u directly after the juice stops, and then another 5000i.u. 5 days later, then again 5 days later.

Its best to take 500ius for 20 days actually. I dont know if Im supposed to comment of not on the profiles here, but personally I dont like them and find them severly outdated. I dont mean any disrespect to AR as I do like this board, I only offer my opinion. I dont know if Im a guru or a vet or what anyone considers me, but I have been around this game for a good 3 yrs and have studied endocrinology itself for that past 5 (as diabetes run in my family) Further more, I start med school next year and do lots of reading (both PDR types and abstracts). I have lots and lots of chemistry and biology background. Not showing off, but you kinda asked..im just saying. My stats, Im about 5'7" and im right now around 240..fairly lean..maybe 14% bf.
HCG 's job is primarily to stimulate the leydig cells which will cause the testicles to return to their normal state. This is desired as it is where testosterone is made and smaller testicles may decrease testosterone production capasity.
If you take in a high dose suich as 5000ius, you run the risk of overstimulating, damaging, or desensitizing those very cells. You do that, and your fucked. You could need HRT for the rest of your life.
That is why I say it.

Damn, nuff' said....... and thanks for the "heads up." I will reduce and stretch the HCG intake.
