cycle question

i'm a 40 year old male, 5'8"170 lbs 12% body fat. I've been working out for the past 20 years.

i have 20cc of test cyp as well as Anastrozole 1mg and Tamoxifen 20 mg .

I am currently doing a 10 week cycle of 1cc a week (200mg test cyp). how should i be taking the Anastrozole and Tamoxifen ? I have not taken them yet. I am on week 3.

What are you expecting from this cycle, AJH? 200mg will yield nothing really.

He's not sure if he wants TRT or a cycle. There's a post in the TRT forum. He's medicating without any education on the matter.
AJH do what was advised and self-educate yourself. Read the stickies in both this forum and the TRT forum before you hurt yourself.

You need to do some more research and put together a solid plan.
All it looks like you have is some gear and no plan
Austinite is correct 200mg is just above trt and not worth it

wow you guys are confusing me.. I posted in the TRT section because that is what i went to the DR seeking. he prescribed 400mg a week as TRT. I felt that was too much so i cut the prescription in half. 200 mg a week. the guys over at the TRT forum tell me that is too much i'm doing a cycle. so I come over here to get some advice and you guys tell me it's not worth doing as a cycle. so which is it? TRT or a cycle. I am looking for advice on how to take it. i do not want to be a bodybuilder, i just want to stay in shape and gain a little strength. not looking to get huge, been there done that 20 years ago. maybe i am not asking the right questions. not looking for a fight just help.

200 mg is TRT dose but most are a bit below that average about 150mg a week.
400 mg weekly is a cycle dose. Most cycles average about 500 mg so that is slightly below.

I personally believe your Dr. has no clue, has he followed up with blood work to check your levels? Did he prescribe the anastrozole?
On cycle that should be ran alongside to the test average dosage is .25 mg every other day.
What about HCG did he prescribe that to preserve testicular function or is he just going to let your balls shrivel up to raisins?

The Dr prescribed HCG for after the 10 weeks. So I should cut those pills into 4s. Is the HCG after the "cycle" correct? I though I read in one of the stickies it was. Yes he prescribed the anastrolzile . Aldo doing a blood test in 2 weeks

I'm doing a 10 week cycle 200mg of test cyp is a week

TRT. First off I'm not your Dr. I am on TRT here is my protocol
80mg test 2x week total 160 mg. puts me at 650 total test.
(200 mg puts me close to 1000 total test but I feel better at the lower value.)
.50 mg anastrozole every other day
250iu HCG 2x week

I've been doing this for years and my dose is verified by blood work.

I would NOT recommend you take .5 mg eod of the anastrozle but rather start with .25 mg eod.

Okay if I understand what I have been reading here correctly I should be on HCG now during my cycle.. Is it too late to start at the 4 week mark?

What about pct just nova and clomid?
