is this enough?
I am planning on going just for a pretty much a pure strength cycle with no weight gains, maybe a few more pounds in weight added( no more then 10lbs), don't want anything harsh and tired of shots, i did all those cycles earlier, i am planing on going on a 10 week cycle of just anavar at 60mg/ed. i am 5'5" 160lbs, i am guessing 10% bf. would that be enough for someone my size to get decent results( ones that are pretty noticable). do i need more. i have TTokkyo brand ox and just as a precaution have novadex on hand just in case cause i have heard that brand might be laced with a bit of d-bol( never know), i have already had my gyno scare before, don't want it again.

60mgs, according to studies, should be good for some moderate strength gains... but I have heard of very few people doing Oxandrolone-only cycles, so I dont know what your gains will really be like. Maybe theres some power lifters here who have had experience in such. Let us know your results though :)

this may help
If strength is what you want without any massive weight gain...ever give halotestin a try...read up on it on the web page for here and check it out...this is something you might be interested in ..and i have heard of people do halotestin without stacking it.
but like amost every AS..it is better to stack

halo is some harsh stuff, stick with the anava - 60mg ED should see reasonable gains, mostly strength, a little size.

All my bros who powerlift in meets agree on one thing since they all have to stay in a weight class. HALOTESTIN!!! If you can handle it, it'll make you strong as a fukkin ox, but mean as a rabid pitbull!!! Not for the beginner, but it will do what your looking for.

I really don't want to do halo, to harsh on the liver, i have had my liver enzymes higher then norm before, so want to avoid that. if there are any powerlifters or olympic weightlifters out there, i take 60mg/ed sould be enough, but will doing more give me more gains hopefully, i know anavar is pretty harmless on the body.
