Hello, I've been injecting Fina into my ass and quads. Fina injecting takes alot and my ass is getting sore, so I wanna inject into my deltoid. Can anyone tell me how far the plunger should go on a 22g 1 inch needle? And where exactly do i inject? I looked at some pics, showing me where to inject, that part of my body is so rock hard, it almost feels like a bone.

What are you talking about??? you meant the needle, right? I sink the entire needle in my delt, but it depends on how big your shoulder is i guessQuote:

I like 25g 1 Inch personally. All the way in.
I use 5/8" 25G for delts obviously all the way in.
I just started hitting my delts... it's AMAZING how much they swell up with the gear in em! Almost looks funny.... but I went with 23x1inch - all the way in just like the other bro's said. I was a little nervous as my arms/delts are not as big as most (still have some growing to do) but it went without a hitch....just make sure you hit the meat-iest part of the delt up near the shoulder.
22g wow haven't use that size in along time, just seen one the other day and dammm looks like a sewer pipe compared to my 23g. I love delt shots what I do is I rest my arm pit on the edge of my bed with one knee on the floor that make the muscle more relaxed then I hit the rear delts with a 23g 1 inch all the way in. Kinda hard to reach but oh well
I use 25g 1" for pretty much all sites, except the arse and I bump up to a 1 1/2"
