taking winnie

I've been drinking winnie eod for the past 2 weeks. I am on an 8 week cycle. I haven't noticed any gains yet. I know that I'm not going to get big gains off of it but when should I notice some results?

I doubt you will notice anything at all. Winny is useless IMO, unless you want sore joints.

10 days or so.

you should begin to notice muscles getting a little harder and improved vascularity by that time.

by the end of your cycle you will be leaner and tighter with more LBM if you diet properly and train hard.

with winny some times it depends. How much are you taking? What kind? Is that all your doing.? Usually the results are not that significant if taken by itself i would add a test somthing like prop to add to the results.

I'm taking 50mg. of QV injections drinking it eod. I know that i'm not going to notice huge gains but i know that i should get tighter and a bit stronger.
